WSM Ships Grinding System to Roseburg Forest Products

West Salem Machinery is proud to partner, once again, with Roseburg Forest Products on the state-of-the-art new LVL plant in Chester, SC.  Roseburg’s new facility will have the most advanced technology and the highest capacity continuous LVL press in the world. 

Worked Closely With Roseburg to Size and Configure

WSM has worked closely with Roseburg personnel to size and configure a horizontal grinding system to easily and effectively process LVL I-beam trim, billet material and defect panels.  Based on the varied type of materials the system will be processing, WSM supplied a 64” wide Grinder with special rotor configuration, Belt Infeed Conveyor, Powered Infeed/Feedroll, with the ability to operate the system at different speeds.  The system also includes vibrating collection conveyor, and belt transfer conveyor.
