The optional pivot housing provides quick and safe access to the main wear components. Modular sizing screens are available in heavy-duty welded bar grates or perforated screen plate, making them easy to handle and interchange for increased wear life

- Interior wear liners plus pillow block housings and spherical roller bearings with removable support blocks
- Rotor diameters of 24” to 48” with lengths from 36” to 88”
- Materials processed include chip overs, chip over thick, shavings, hogged wood, in-woods chips, and urban wood
- Proven performance at rates up to 75 TPH
- Rates climb to 150+ TPH with a WSM pre-screen

Heavy-duty fabricated steel housing with ⅜” thick frame and doors for superior strength and wear life
Constructed with a hinged breaker plate door to provide added machine protection against large uncrushables
Heavy-duty double row spherical roller bearing and cast steel pillow block bearing housings provide superior bearing life
Rotor shaft end is drilled and rifled on each end, permitting hydraulic bearing removal for reduced maintenance expense and increased production time
Removable bearing support block allow for bearing removal without lifting rotor assembly
Abrasion-resistant steel screen bars or perforated plates produce a finished wood fiber in a single pass. Available in a full range of sizes.
Larger size grinders include hinged breaker plate door with shear pin and limit switch to help protect the machine from large uncrushables.
