- Hammers: 3.5" wide alloy steel rigid hammers with reversible/replaceable tips (28 hammers, 150 lbs each)

- Dual 700 HP motors for belt-driven operation.

- Infeed Chain Conveyor: 20' long with 56" wide pan.
- Discharge Belt Conveyor: 25' long with a magnetic head pulley and 60" wide belt.

West Salem ships new Bark Hog to Large U.S. Mill
West Salem recently shipped a 4864 Vertical Bark Hog to a large U.S. sawmill to grind SYP bark and wood residuals.
