Coir Breaker

WSM’s enhanced Coir Breaker efficiently deconstructs and processes compressed coir blocks, handling pallet loads at a time while hydrating them in a single operation. Its unique design allows complete rotor access for simplified maintenance, and it includes replaceable screens for final product sizing. The Coir Breaker, featuring a Pallet Tipper, Infeed Conveyor, and Discharge Screw, can operate as a stand-alone unit or integrate seamlessly into a soil mixing line.

Additionally, WSM’s Peat Moss Bale Breaker and Fluffer effectively deconstructs compressed peat moss bales, increasing recovery and reducing handling. The multi-rotor Peat Moss Fluffer further breaks up the peat, fluffing it prior to hydration. Both units can be integrated for continuous operation, equipped with hydration spray bars and spring-operated stators to bypass oversized material, ensuring efficient and seamless soil processing.
