- With a range of options, our largest grinder, the Titan Horizontal, offers a massive complete grinding system with a heavy-duty multi-strand drag chain infeed conveyor, large-diameter powered feed roll, and a full proportional load sensing feed controller for efficient feeding of material.
- Multiple options of steel rigid hammers with reversible & replaceable tips.
Typical Applications
- Wood waste from sawmills including trim ends, edging, and slab wood.
- Large sawmills and wood product facilities processing bark and wood waste from debarker and/or wood yard.
- Composte wood panel materials, including veneer trim and plywood, OSB, MDF, LVL panel trim and edgings.
- Green waste and land clearing debris, including pre-processed wood stumps and logs.
- Urban wood, pallets, pallet scrap, and construction/demolition wood waste.
VERTICAL GRINDERS
Process 1 to 150 tons/hour

- Bark and wood waste from a debarker in a sawmill and/or pellet facility or pulp and paper wood yard.
- Wood energy plants and biofuels production facilities (including SAF and carbon production plants) receiving high volumes of pre-processed sustainable wood fiber from truck dumps.
- Mulch processing facilities requiring various particle sizes for soil mixes and beauty bark (bulk and bagged mulch products).
- Re-grinding of pre-processed wood materials including construction and demolition wood waste (C&D), urban wood, and forestry residuals to help reduce costs associated with use of diesel portable machines in the recycling industries.
