Conveyors
WSM manufactures Belt, and Chain conveyors all for high-volume bulk material handling.
WSM manufactures Belt Conveyors in two styles, pan style, and troughing idler. Our troughing idler conveyors are built with heavy duty with channel frames optional self-cleaning tail drums and come standard with Lagged Head Pulleys. Cross belt magnets can be installed on troughing conveyors for metal removal from material.
Pan style conveyors are fabricated in any width. Trough sections be fabricated from standard or stainless steel plate. Metal detection systems can be installed in these conveyors with the use of a fiberglass trough section in the pan.
METERING BINS
WSM fabricates metering bins in two distinct styles.
Chain Metering Bins are used for use with bulky / irregular sized material such as bark. WSM metering bins are supplied with an adjustable discharge gate or Picking Roll.
Screw Metering Bins are mainly used with flowable material like chips shavings or sawdust. Designed with negative sizes to prevent bridging, these bins are used to distribute the materials across the full width of the shredder rotor. In pellet applications or any high processing towers, the Metering Bins add storage/surge capacity in front of processing machinery.
